Best Friends in Harford County is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping the animals in need in Harford County, Maryland. We network with other animal rescue groups to find forever homes for our animals as well as providing safe havens and foster homes, lessening the need for euthanizing unwanted or stray animals. Currently we specialize in controlling the community cat populations through Trap-Neuter-Return. Through our TNR efforts we, at times, acquire adoptable cats and kittens. We use our network of foster homes to care for these cats until a forever is found.
