DCCR is about one thing; helping dogs in need because they deserve a second chance! Douglas County Canine Rescue is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, no kill, animal rescue. Our mission is to rescue abandoned puppies and dogs and place them in foster homes until they are adopted into the loving homes! DCCR takes care of medical bills, food and other needed supplies. Douglas County Canine Rescue does not have a facility. We rely solely on the kindness and generosity of animal lovers who open their hearts to help us take care of the animal orphans that desperately need help. We are always in need of fosters and volunteers. Help us help as many animals as possible by helping at any level that you can!
