Texas CARES (Texas Companion Animal Resource and Education Society) celebrates three decades as a registered 501(c)(3) not-for-profit animal welfare charity. Our all- volunteer group provides for abandoned and unwanted cats and kittens (collectively referred to as kitties) in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
