The Animal Rescue Site and Greater Good Charities need your support to fly at-risk shelter pets to freedom.
Animal shelters in Louisiana and Alabama are overflowing with homeless dogs and cats as new ones arrive weekly. Highly adoptable animals are at risk of euthanasia due to lack of space and adopters.
That's why we sponsor a flight each month, with your support, to save lives. Help us fly dozens of shelter animals to freedom on August 20. We need your help to complete this life-saving mission.
The animals on this flight are at-risk pets; without the flight, they might never find their loving homes due to the overcrowding that often happens in shelters. Sending these pets from under-resourced shelters to shelters with empty spaces will give them a second chance at life AND the adoption they deserve.

This 2.5-year-old Australian Cattle Dog mix is the full package—friendly, social, and always up for some splashy fun.
Henny is a total people-lover with a calm, easygoing vibe that makes her a hit with both staff and other pets. She gets along well with other dogs and brings a peaceful presence wherever she goes.
Help fly her to freedom!

Meet Stella and her puppies!
Stella and her 10-week-old puppies (Starla and Sirius) were surrendered to the shelter when their family could no longer care for them.
The shelter shared, "Stella is a total sweetheart. She’s calm, affectionate, and does well with other dogs. Her easygoing nature makes her a wonderful companion, whether she’s snuggling at home or making new friends. Starla and Sirius are playful, curious, and full of puppy energy. They’re learning the world through each other and the steady presence of their devoted mom."

Meet Lily!
This sweet girl was found abandoned along with her puppies. Now that her puppies have found homes, she is ready for one of her own. She has a gentle spirit, loving nature and would make a great companion for a family or individual.
She did test positive for heartworm disease and will receive treatment in New Jersey before being adopted.
Help fly them all to freedom!
Every month we fly a group of deserving pets. Help us fund the next Flight to Freedom now! Just $10, helps cover the fuel costs of flying a pet 250 miles towards safety.
In shelters across the country, highly adoptable dogs and cats are euthanized just because the shelters are overcrowded. In other areas, shelters have a shortage of adoptable pets. We're transporting these pets to shelters where they're immediately adopted.
This month's Good Flight will transport at-risk dogs and cats to safety!
*Due to many factors including pets being adopted prior to a flight, receiving shelter capacity, and pet health, the final number of pets on a flight may be different from totals quoted above.
