Meet Niko, Boots, Little Miss

The three-week-old kittens were found in a trailer taken to the dump and rescued just in time. They are too young to be away from their mother and leery of humans. The rescue has started them on formula replacement, and they are now eating kitten food as they continue to grow. 

They told us, "We have been handling and playing with them to get them socialized and used to people. We don't think they had ever even seen humans before. It is so much fun watching them play. The tiny kitten was rescued from the street. She arrived malnourished and suffering from eye injuries and several other health problems. Meet Sissy

Sissy spent months living on her own in a local cemetery riddled with internal parasites, matted fur, injections, and little food. She was rescued just before winter and with all her ailments it is a miracle she survived. 

The extremely shy dog was covered in fleas and ticks and will take months to recover from her illnesses. 

She will need many meals to regain her strength and reach a healthy weight.
