Every year, the Allen County SPCA places thousands of cats and dogs into their forever homes. We're a limited-intake shelter that offers an effective and comprehensive adoption program, operating entirely on the generosity of animal lovers in our community. Our Mission: The Allen County SPCA promotes the prevention of cruelty to animals by providing a safe haven for animals, an effective and comprehensive adoption program, education and outreach programs for the community, and deep and broad membership and volunteer programs.
