The Humane Society of Central Oregon has been providing programs and services for the people and animals in our community since 1961. HSCO's Mission is "Strengthening the human-animal bond by advocating and compassionately caring for animals"The Humane Society of Central Oregon is an open-door facility that receives 3,000 animals annually from Central Oregon, including surrounding counties where there is no animal welfare agency to turn to for assistance, or when turned away by shelters in the tri-county area.
