Northwest Organization for Animal Help

Northwest Organization for Animal Help (The NOAH Center) is dedicated to stopping the euthanasia of healthy, adoptable and treatable homeless dogs and cats. We are committed to high quality spay and neuter programs available for low income residents, family friendly pet adoptions, humane education and volunteer programs through our state-of-the-art facilities and Spay/Neuter Center. While there are still many animals in need of our help, The NOAH Center has significantly made an impact since opening our doors in 2003:Transfer Program: Through our 46 partners shelters across Washington state and beyond, more than 34,000 dogs and cats were given the second chance they deserve by being transferred to our facility for adoption.Adoption Program: Our family-friendly adoption program and one-on-one matchmaking process allowed us to find more than 34,000 cats and dogs their forever homes.Spay/Neuter Program: We are tackling pet overpopulation at the source through our low-cost spay-neuter program where we have performed more than 95,000 surgeries for low-income members of the community.Foster Program: Our devoted and hardworking foster families have provided a loving and safe environment for more than 8,000 underage puppies, kittens and special needs animals since instituting our foster program in 2010.
