RappCats

RappCats is a no-kill, cage-free cat shelter in Rappahannock County, VA, a rural county outside Washington, DC. We spay, neuter and vaccinate any cat that comes into our care. We operate a small shelter facility with a capacity of approximately 20 cats. We have several volunteer foster families who foster kittens. We offer financial support for families in the County who cannot afford to care for their cats. We operate solely on the basis of donations and grants, and receive no municipal funds.
