It began in 1992, a call to rescue a stray cat in the East New York section of Brooklyn. Almost thirty years later, thousands have been saved - dogs and cats. SNIP is a staunch advocate for spay/neuter of junkyard dogs, bodega cats, pit bulls and feral cats.
