SCDR was formed in 2003 to save unclaimed strays in the local 'pound' from euthanasia. We pull each and every unclaimed dog in Scott County IL, are entirely volunteer operated, and are dependent upon donations to cover our operating costs. We are thankful for the support that allows us to continue our mission!
