Sparkle Cat Rescue, Inc. is an all-volunteer, 501 (c) (3) non profit North Carolina public benefit corporation, incorporated November 6, 2014, whose mission is rescuing/adopting homeless cats; educating on spay/neuter/TNR of feral/stray cats. We do not have a facility. All cats live in foster homes waiting to be adopted.
