Take Paws Rescue is a New Orleans–based nonprofit animal rescue organization dedicated to saving the lives of homeless, neglected, and abused dogs throughout Louisiana.

We rescue animals from shelters, the streets, and unsafe situations, providing them with medical care, rehabilitation, and loving foster homes until they’re adopted.

Our mission is to reduce animal overpopulation, promote responsible pet ownership, and give every animal the chance to live a safe, happy, and healthy life.
