We are two organizations in one:

First, the Thomas J. O'Connor Animal Control and Adoption Center provides animal control services for the cities of Springfield, Chicopee, and Holyoke. Our animal control officers respond to routine service calls daily 7am-10pm. Emergency response for ill, injured or aggressive animals is available 24 hours a day.
Our Adoption Center provides a second chance for adoptable dogs, cats and occasionally other types of critters.

Because the shelter is a municipality, the Foundation for TJO Animals is the nonprofit that raises money for critical veterinary care & enrichment for them!
