I bought a similar pair here five years ago (Dragonfly Ultralite™ Flex Shoes ) that have been my slippers ever since, as well as handy for walking to the mailbox or refilling the bird feeder. One of them has a hole in the toe and they have gotten a bit dingy from venturing into the garden. They are still quite functional, and the sole looks practically new, but I wanted a spare pair for when I need to be more presentable! They have been supportive enough for walking outside and fit my size 11 narrow feet comfortably and securely when most slip-ons don't. This new pair seems very similar apart from the newer style sole, which I hope will be as durable. Highly recommend these as shoes or slippers! The buy-one-give-one aspect is appealing, too.

I bought the light purple version of this shoe last year, as it was the only color available, for my aging mother. She has a sporty temperament (Aries) but is also lazy about using her hands to put on shoes (you get cranky as you get older and want things done with less effort). Now that these shoes are coming out in other colors, I just gave her another pair in light blue, her preferred color. She calls these her "dress shoes" as in street shoes because the first pair wouldn't wash clean after being in the garden. I guess that's the price for the stretchy fabric upper, which accommodates her unusual foot shape including longer second toe and bunion for a perfect fit. I'm glad that ARS/GG is coming up with more colors for such a useful style for people with different tastes.

These shoes are so comfortable I hate to take them off. I buy a lot of shoes from this site and am always very happy.
