Jinx came to the shelter as a stray and soon settled in with a foster family. But about a week later, she suddenly became very ill and her fosters rushed her to the ER.
Poor Jinx was suffering from a severe kidney infection. She was frightened and miserable, and at first it wasn't clear what the problem was. Thankfully, IV fluids and antibiotics stabilized Jinx and this sweet pup's kidneys are on the rebound.
Jinx is expected to make a full recovery but remains in veterinary care for now to ensure that no issues re-emerge. This playful girl just wants to snuggle up for a nap with her foster brother Curly, but she still needs a significant amount of medical care before she can return to her foster family.
