Handsome Ren Requests a Private Audience With You to Review His Lovableness

SACatRescue

Meet 3-year-old rescue cat Ren! This sweet man currently enjoys a simple life in foster care and isn't high maintenance beyond the need for a little brushing every now and then to keep his beautiful coat looking lux. One of those brushing mitts would probably send him to the moon, but what he really needs is to be adopted.

It's true that handsome Ren can look a tad grumpy or disgruntled at times but he actually loves nothing more than to snuggle up and watch Netflix with you all day once he realizes you're alright and he feels comfortable enough to let his guard down.

He likes to play and has fun with crunchy-sounding toys and anything mouse-shaped. One of his favorite spots to perch and hang out is inside a nice cat tree where he can observe you and the world around him.

Ren is shy at first and needs someone who is willing to slowly build trust with him to understand he really is full of love. He just doesn't express it right away. The bond that can be formed with this sweet fella, however, will be one in a million if you give him a chance.

He does fantastic with calm dogs and even gives them a nice rubdown whenever he strolls past them. He has also lived with other kitty cats and doesn't mind their company one bit, so he's good to go on those two fronts. He has also been around young kids and could adapt to children who are respectful and give him his space initially. His ideal home would be one that is more on the quiet side.

Ren is neutered, current on vaccines, dewormed, microchipped, and tested negative for FIV/FeLV. He's also house-trained and has no special needs. If you're interested in adding this sweet boy to your family or you know of someone who might be, please fill out the adoption application for the Southern Arizona Cat Rescue. If you have questions, you can reach out to them at (520) 200-1643 or email adoption@sacatrescue.org for more info.
