Woman Gets A Surprise When She Picks Up Her Kitten From Grandma's House

This is why I love TikTok. Besides being an infinite wealth of life hacks I never knew I needed, TikTok also provides a lot of wholesome videos that just warm your heart, and this video is a perfect example.

For those of us who have pets, having to be away for work or even just taking a much-needed vacation can come with one very distinct problem: What do you do with your pet?

Do you leave them at home and have someone check in on them or stay with them? Or do you cart them off to a boarding facility? Each pet and its owner have different wants and needs so it depends.

There is one woman who had to get her parents to catsit for her for two weeks. For those two weeks, the woman's kitten, Ricky, got to stay at grandma and grandpa's house.

Ricky's mom knew that he'd be in good hands with her parents for the two weeks she was away, but what she didn't anticipate was the surprise that would be waiting for her when she returned.

As shared in a TikTok video, when she went to pick up Ricky from her parent's house, she was met with a gift from her mom.

What exactly was that gift? A book! But it wasn't just any book, it was a series of photos that documented Ricky's time at their home for those two weeks. It's absolutely wholesome cuteness that melts your heart!

James and his blind brother, William, were found abandoned on the street when they were just four weeks old. James was born with one blind eye that started to cause him discomfort.
