Sick and injured animals arrive daily at shelters across the country. These shelters are already overcrowded and struggling to feed and and care for all the animals.

They need our support to save lives of emaciated and neglected dogs, like Reba.

Reba's life had a rough start, but she is now thriving thanks in part to your donations.

She arrived at an emergency clinic extremely underweight and was surrendered to be euthanized. LowRider Dachshund Rescue happened to be at the clinic and came to her rescue.

"Reba had chronic diarrhea, her owners at the time tossed her outside to avoid the problem," shared the rescue.

Reba was so malnourished and weak that she needed a blood transfusion to survive. The little fighter slowly regained her strength and even beat parvovirus disease.

Her recovery took months, but thanks to your generosity, she had all the nutritious food she could eat and care she needed to heal. A year later, she has transformed into a happy and healthy pup who has endless energy.

She has found her person and is living her best life.

Rescue pets like Reba all over the country need your help. Animal shelters nationwide are overcrowded and overwhelmed trying to feed and care for all of the homeless animals. Their minimal budgets are not able to afford the emergency medical care that many animals need.

That is where you can help. Donate today to help save the lives of more animals like Reba and give them the second chance they deserve.
