Gorgeous, beautiful, stunning, and alluring! All words that describe our charming Meow Meow, so how could it be that a family could abandon her? Yes, her family moved away and left her behind to fend for herself.

Put yourself in her paws; what would it do to you to have those that you love just disappear? Thankfully an angelic but cat allergic neighbor stepped in and gave her the care that she needed to live in her neighborhood that she was familiar with.

Meow Meow makes fast friends with her compelling kitty conversation directed at the humans she feels are trustworthy. Unfortunately, a time came where her kind new caretaker noticed that she had what appeared to be a new leg injury, and so she took her in to see a veterinarian. After being thoroughly checked out by the veterinary team, it was determined that she had a tumor on that leg and that it would have to be amputated.

Her caregiver reached out to us for help because she would certainly need a safe indoor place to recover with physical therapy, a space that she could not provide. The Cat House on the Kings provided what was needed for Meow Meow to get the surgery, have a completely monitored recovery, ease into therapy for her new life as a tripod, and the love and encouragement to remain the sweet spirit she always has been.

Our veterinarian has given her a great prognosis now and believes she will live a full joyful life and is impressed with her adjustment to tripodness!

Being a gentle affectionate 8-year-old, we see her continue her desire for connection through her sweet meowing and her awe-inspiring purring! She gets around elegantly as a tripod, and she is stunning in her luxurious silky silvery coat. Her eyes captivate you and draw you in so she can tell you her story or her desires.

She does get along with other cats, but she can be a bit reserved when faced with 30 young kittens initially. Yes, our marvelous Meow Meow is even braving the large adoption room at the Sanctuary, so she deserves the spotlight needed to help her find her adopter(s). We hope soon her forever family will cherish her the way we do, please help us find them! You can see her adoption page here!
