I had just lost my kitty of 14 years to a stroke and COVID hit and I had hip surgery in February 2020. I had no intention of having any more pets because of my physical handicap, but I did feed the feral cats outside.
Julie from a rescue helped me trap a mama cat and her babies so we could take care of them and get her spayed. When she came to help me, she brought this little shoebox with a tiny kitty.
This kitten was the only one left in the litter because the mother killed one and the other one died. I fell in love with what I called a miracle, and that is her name.
Miracle is a wonderful kitty, and I love her so much. She came to me in my time of need of company, and she's still my company every night.
These fur babies that need homes is a very urgent matter for those of us who care about them. Thankfully, there are no more kittens being produced by the ferals in our community because they have now been spayed.
I'm so thankful for Julie and her rescue. She handles and takes care of hundreds of kittens. God bless her. The name of her rescue is Victory For The Voiceless.
