Meet Penelope. She’s 10 weeks old now. I found her on my porch when she was about 3 to 4 weeks old. She was cold, wet, and scared.

After some TLC, she now lives with me, my husband, and our three dogs. She purrs constantly and is a complete sweetheart. She loves yarn, laser pointers, paper balls, boxes, playing with the dogs, and lying in the window.

We don’t know how she came to be on our porch or what happened before I found her. That part of Penelope’s story remains a mystery. What I can share is the life she has with us now.

Her photo captures a quieter moment, with her eyes closed and her tail curled around her body on a colorful blanket. It’s a glimpse of the little kitten behind all those playful habits.
