Terrified Dog Found Alive in Destroyed Ukraine Village Finds New Loving Home
Intense air raids continue across Ukraine destroying homes and villages. Countless dogs and cats are caught in the crossfire and found cowering in the rubble.
Military members near the frontlines scour bombed villages for survivors, including animals.
During a recent search, a team found a terrified dog near a destroyed home. The area was heavily bombed, and it is a miracle the little fella survived. He must have been so relieved to see people.
He was carried out of the devastation and brought to safety at Patron Pet Center.
He was named Louis and aside from emotional scars, he was unharmed. The on-site dog behaviorist helped Louis overcome his past trauma and return to his happy self.
Shortly after, he was transported to Germany where he found a loving home and is living his best life.
Thanks to your donations that help care for evacuated animals, Louis found a safe haven at Patron Pet Center and a new home with a loving family.
Abandoned animals left to fend for themselves in the war zone need your support. Brave men and women continue to rescue these innocent animals and bring them to Patron Pet Center for a second chance.
Many arrive in need of medical care and time to decompress. Animals continue to arrive daily, and the center needs more space. The Animal Rescue Site and Greater Good Charities are funding the expansion of the center to provide more kennels and a much-needed quarantine room.
Donate now to help save more animals evacuated from the frontlines.
