I got this because it was on sale and 100% cotton, not thinking it would be quite my thing, but it's a beautiful skirt! Super-comfortable, airy and light without being transparent (the lining is great, and doesn't ride up at all because it's sewn in place), and a good length.
I erred on the side of caution (given that it was an online order and international shipping), by getting one a bit larger than what I'd likely need, rather than a bit smaller and risk it being too small, so it sits low on me (hips rather than waist), but I like it that way anyway. The waistband is very comfortable — substantial enough to keep it up even when it's loose, but not restrictive at all. Honestly, this skirt almost feels like I'm not wearing anything at all.
It's perfect for summer (and I've never had any sweating through it, even in 35+ degrees Celsius), but I've also worn it through a Canadian winter (–15/–20 Celsius) with a slip, longer socks, a long coat, etc. — all the normal winter stuff.
I didn't think I'd love the colour (the colour in the images is accurate), as cooler blues and greys don't generally work well for me, but it's neutral enough that it's actually really lovely and goes with everything. I like the simplicity and understatedness of it, and yet I've also had compliments on it multiple times. I would buy this in 30 other colours if it were available!

I agree with the other reviewers. This skirt is lightweight and very comfortable. I too received complements the first time I wore it. It is my new favorite skirt!

This lightweight and lovely skirt even has a cotton liner. The fabric has a slight sheen to it and the grey color goes with so many items. I received compliments on it the first day I wore it. It is true to size and very comfortable. I love these waistbands. I love this skirt!
