Our passionate team of pet experts create a surprise box full of toys, treats and chews great for pets of any age. We put a great deal of thought into the making of each box and only use the highest quality products! We work with our charitable partners who are on the ground tirelessly helping animals that need your help the most.

Every delivery has a unique theme and each box contains toys, treats, and chews hand-selected by our team of passionate pet-lovers. For example, popular past themes included “Under The Sea”, “Safari Adventures”, “Back To School”, and “A Pirate’s Life.”

We have a cat box and 3 different size dog boxes to choose from. Not only will your pet enjoy their box of goodies, with each box you receive RescueBox will donate food to shelter pets in need throughout the USA!

Shipping is free on all subscription purchases! We’re currently only shipping to USA (excluding Guam and Puerto Rico) only but are looking forward to expanding overseas in the near future!

Our boxes are designed with a pet's size in mind. We offer four different options, based on weight: Small Dog (up to 20 lbs), Medium Dog (20 to 50 lbs), Large Dog (50 lbs or larger), and Cat (great for all sizes)

Most of our treats and chews are made in the United States and Canada. Select chews are sourced from South America in USDA facilities. We DO NOT sell any edible items from China.

Supervisory Note: Like with any treats or chews, we highly recommend supervising your pets during consumption. While all our treats and chews are of high quality, every pet reacts and responds to treats differently. Be cautious of any sharp debris that could result randomly as a bi-product of a bone being chewed. While rare, it is possible that one of the natural chews & bones breaks off into a sharp piece so we recommend supervising during the consumption process. This is not just a recommendation for treats and chews provided by RescueBox but any consumable product being chewed on by a pet from any source should be supervised. Happy chewing!

Subscriptions prior to April 2024 will be billed upon the monthly anniversary date of the initial order. So, for example: If you began your RescueBox subscription on January 12th, you would be billed for your next subscription on February 12th, then March 12th, etc. We will email you 3 days prior to your next order being processed.

Subscriptions started after April 2024 will be billed for the initial order immediately, and then on the 3rd of each month after that. So, for example: If you began your RescueBox subscription on January 12th, you would be billed on January 12th, then again on February 3rd, then on March 3rd, etc.

The process to ship your first box will begin immediately after you completing your subscription checkout. For future subscription orders, we will ship your next box on the 3rd of each month. You should expect to receive your RescueBox within 5-7 business days.

We do not offer customization or special requests for your RescueBox at this time. However, we do take great pride in our ability to find the best pet products out there to keep you and your pet delighted.
