Poor Emma has endured unimaginable heartbreak and loss, even though she is just over a year old.

She was rescued from a hoarding case with other cats and brought to a local rescue to be examined. They realized the 18-month-old cat was pregnant, and a few days later she gave birth to six kittens.

Sadly, two were stillborn and the other four were very sick. Emma did all she could for her kittens, and even with constant medical care the kittens didn't survive.

The grieving mama was scheduled to be spayed to prevent this heartbreak from happening again. During surgery, they found numerous areas of infection. It turns out that Emma had multiple litters, despite her young age.

She was emitted to the veterinary office for critical care, including IV fluids, pain medication, and antibiotics.

She is struggling to eat due to the pain and needs your support. This sweet feline has been through so much and deserves a second chance. Her medical bills continue to accumulate, and she may need another surgery to completely heal.
