Cat in Critical Condition With Shattered Jaw Needs Emergency Surgery
Andrea Powell
A three-year-old tabby cat named Romeo has lived his entire life as a community cat being cared for by Cats Meow TNR volunteers in Clarksville, Tennessee.
All was well until he was hit by a car and sustained life-threatening injuries.
He was found in critical condition and rushed to a local animal clinic. He was started on pain medication and X-rays were taken to see the extent of his injuries.

The poor feline has a shattered jaw and will need emergency surgery to survive.
Romeo is a sweetheart, as his name suggests. He needs your support to get the care he needs to heal.
Greater Good Charities' Emergency Animal Medical fund is helping with his medical bills with your continued support. The fund is a lifeline to injured and sick animals who need emergency and ongoing medical care.
Together, we can provide these animals with the second chance they deserve.

Romeo will need to see a specialist for the surgery and his after care will involve a soft food diet and lots of monitoring to ensure his jaw heals properly. He has a long and expensive road to recovery ahead and needs our help.
