Puppies Dumped in Box Outside Church Have Soft Place to Rest, Thanks to You
Your donations of pet supplies through Greater Good Charities’ GOODS Program, daily clicks at The Animal Rescue Site, and playing trivia on FreeKibble are transforming the lives of pets, like Stanley, Yeti, and Zulu.
The ten-week-old pit bull mix puppies were found in a cardboard box dumped outside a church in Missouri.
The adorable pups arrived at Lucky 13 Rescue and gobbled up the nutritious food that your donations and daily clicks helped provide. They proceeded to nap together in the soft beds that were also provided by your donations.
Their sweet faces and playful personalities make the day of everyone they meet.
Stanley has found his forever home, but his siblings Yeti and Zulu are still waiting. The shelter posted more about Yeti and said, "This little fur ball is the boss of the playground, always ready for a day filled with mischief and fun with his furry friends. If you're seeking a loyal sidekick and a cuddle partner, Yeti is your go-to guy! He's a social butterfly with humans and doggie pals, though the jury is still out on his feline interactions."
His sister Zulu is calmer and her caretakers shared, "Have a thirst for some puppy love? Then grab a Zulu! You will feel as confident as she does exploring the world. Zulu compliments your active lifestyle. Take your Zulu wherever life leads you. And if it happens to be a couch, she'll be right next to you."

Over capacity seems to be the new normal at animal shelters who are struggling to feed and care for all the animals. Intakes are up and adoptions are down. Your daily clicks and donations are providing nutritious food and essential supplies to animal shelters nationwide.
