Shelter dogs and cats all have just one thing on their Christmas list - a forever home.

We need your support to help fly more dog and cats home for the holidays. Shelters are overflowing with homeless animals who are at risk of euthanasia due to lack of space and adopters.

On December 2 (GivingTuesday), dozens of dogs and cats will get a one-way ticket to Wisconsin. Help fly them to freedom and save lives.

Together with Boehringer Ingelheim Animal Health, the makers of HEARTGARD® Plus (ivermectin/pyrantel) and The Animal Rescue Site, Save a Heart transports hundreds of asymptomatic heartworm-positive dogs to new homes each year.

Thanks to Boehringer Ingelheim, sponsor of the Save a Heart initiative, your donation will be matched up to $50,000.

Click to Help James

James and his blind brother, William, were found abandoned on the street when they were just four weeks old. James was born with one blind eye that started to cause him discomfort. Over time, that eye became increasingly painful and irritated. James is the seeing-eye cat for his brother, making his condition even more urgent to treat.
