Missile Strikes Ukraine Shelter Killing Animals and Destroying Pet Food Supply

We received more devastating news from a Greater Good Charities' shelter partner in Ukraine and need your support to care for the innocent animals who survived the attack.

During the night on September 29, a drone missile struck a shelter in the Odesa region and killed 10 cats and 2 dogs. It also destroyed the building housing all their pet food and supplies for the winter. The shelter is still caring for 150 dogs, 50 goats, and cats, so hundreds of animals are now at risk of starving.

As fire consumed the building after the strike, the shelter director kicked open the door and tried to save as many animals as possible.

War has once again taken a toll on these vulnerable animals who just want a safe place to live, bowls full of food, and someone to love. They face an uncertain future without immediate aid.

We need your help to feed the surviving animals and give them a fighting chance to survive. Just $25 will send 250 meals and fill the bellies of the shelter animals.

They have suffered enough. Please join us in making sure they don't have to go hungry. Donate now.
