Over 40 shelter dogs of all sizes, ages, and breeds boarded this month's Flight to Freedom in the early morning hours of September 23.

They left overcrowded shelters where they had little chance of quickly finding a home for a second chance in New Jersey.

The flight has landed, and the dogs barked with excitement and their tails never stopped wagging as they met staff and volunteers from receiving shelters.

Lola cannot wait to find someone who enjoys walks as much as she does, while Roland longs for a playmate. Countless more are ready to mingle and find their special person.

Their journey has just begun to find a loving home and soon they will each have a family of their own.
