Shelter Pets Across the Country Have Full Bellies, Thanks to Your Support

Today, we want to say one simple thing: thank you.

Because of your generosity, shelter pets across the country are enjoying something many of us take for granted—a full bowl of food. For animals waiting patiently for a forever home, every meal means more than nourishment. It means comfort. It means safety. It means they don't have to worry where their next meal will come from.

Shelter cats and dogs should never go hungry, and thanks to your generosity during our annual National Feed A Rescue Pet Week, countless pets are devouring nutritious food.

We asked for your help to feed homeless cats and dogs across the country, and you stepped up in a big way. Our goal was to provide 3 million bowls of food - but thanks to your generous donations we were able to provide 3.6 million bowls.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your support. It is changing the lives of shelter cats and dogs like Possum and Mathilda & Eleanor.

Your kindness has reached countless dogs and cats who have already faced abandonment, neglect, or hardship. Thanks to you, their tails are wagging a little more, their spirits are brighter, and the people caring for them can focus on helping them heal and find loving families.

Food is one of the largest expenses for shelters. While we are celebrating smashing our goal, we also understand that more food is needed. The hungry dogs and cats will quickly eat the donated food and be waiting for more.

Help make sure their bowls stay full with a monthly recurring donation. Thank you for helping animals in need!
