Friends of Feral and Homeless Cats and Kittens, Inc (FOF for short!) is an all volunteer, 100% donation funded, no-kill, 501c3 nonprofit cat rescue and sanctuary in a low income area, in West Virginia. FOF provides free spay/neuter services to cats owned by low income residents, as well as stray & feral cats in the area. FOF is also the FURever HOME to approximately 65 permanent resident cats who are senior and/or unhealthy.
