North Mississippi Animal Rescue is a shelterless, Foster based non-profit Rescue located in Panola County, Mississippi. NMAR's mission is to help stray and abandoned puppies and dogs in Panola County. Panola County is a small rural community in North Mississippi with a very large homeless and abandoned animal population. NMAR also strives to help reduce this population by offering free spay/neutersto low income families.
